Shipping information

We want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's what you can expect when you place an order through the Nesting Mama shop.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Return policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status within 3 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Nursing pads, breast pumps, or any items that have contact with skin
  • Opened personal care or postpartum recovery products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (following the return policy above) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
